CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched.
To request cancellation:
- Email us at info.cramfit@gmail.com
- Mention your Order ID
- Use the subject line: “Order Cancellation Request”
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted once dispatched.
- The order will be delivered as scheduled.
- Any further action will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If cancellation is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
4. Cancellation Due to Stock Unavailability
In rare cases, orders may be cancelled by the Company due to:
- Stock unavailability
- Technical errors
- Pricing discrepancies
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases:
- Customers will be notified promptly.
- A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
5. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but:
- Order confirmation is not received, or
- Transaction fails due to technical issues,
The amount will either:
- Be automatically reversed by the bank, or
- Be refunded by the Company after verification.
6. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.
- The Company reserves the right to decline COD orders at its discretion.
7. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders placed under:
- Special promotional offers
- Limited-period discounts
- Bulk purchase offers
may not be eligible for cancellation if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
